Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third and fourth respondents to remove transformer and HT line which is erected and installed at Krishnapuram Colony 6th Street, Madurai North Taluk (Rear side of petitioner's home situated Door No.3F, Vinayaga Nagar) and shift the same to other place without disturbing the residents and public by considering petitioner's representation dated 28.03.2022 within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the third and fourth respondents to remove the transformer and HT line which is erected and installed at Krishnapuram Colony 6th Street, Madurai North Taluk (Rear side of petitioner's home situated Door No.3F, Vinayaga Nagar) and shift the same to other place without disturbing the residents and public by considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.03.2022 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner seeks for shifting of the transformer and HT line. He has given a representation on 28.03.2022 for the said purpose.

3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation is considered on merits and in accordance with law after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and any other necessary party, whom the fourth respondent deems fit to enquire.

4. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.03.2022 seeking for removal of the transformer and HT line which is erected and installed at Krishnapuram Colony 6th Street, Madurai North Taluk (Rear side of petitioner's home situated Door No.3F, Vinayaga Nagar) and shift the same to some other place without disturbing the residents and public and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
