O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the second respondent to register a case, based on his complaint, dated 05.02.2016 and file a final report before the concerned Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the opposite party have given wrong boundaries while registering the document No.3628 of 2004 and usurped his property. The dispute between them is civil in nature. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be given to the respondent Police to register a case. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
