This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint made by the third respondent.
2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the official respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the third respondent, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed in the year 2017 itself. The same is recorded. 4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
