Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from constructing the drainage line the petitioner's patta land in Old Survey Nos.305/4B2 and 306/1A in New T.S.No.202/1 of B Ward, Block No.10, Melur Town, Madurai District without following due process of law and direct the respondents to pay just compensation for damages made by them in the petitioner's patta land.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to approach the authority concerned with proper petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.Giving liberty as above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed. No costs.
