2. The petitioner has filed this habeas corpus petition seeking direction to the respondent Police to trace his wife Veeralakshmi, aged about 30 years, produce her before this Court and set her at liberty.

The respondent Police produced the detenue, namely, Veeralakshmi before this Court and when we enquired her, she stated that she was working in a Private Company and now, she is willing to go with the petitioner / her husband and to take care of her minor children.
