Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned advertisement in DIPR/119/Display/2014 published in Dhinamani Tamil Daily on the file of the 4th respondent dated 30.01.2014 and the impugned advertisement in DIPR/120/Display/2014 published in Dhinamani Tamil Daily on the file of the 5th respondent dated 30.01.2014 and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the respondents 3 to 6 to rework the roster and re advertise the vacancies by considering the 4th and 5th respondents College as single unit as per the Rule 11(4)(ii) of the Tamil Nadu Private Colleges Regulation Rules, 1976 within the time period stipulated by this Court.
