ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondents 3 and 4, their subordinates, etc., not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 28.03.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's friend committed the crime, therefore, the respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. He further submitted that the petitioner has not involved in any crime.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has involved in one criminal case, on that ground only, the enquriy was undertaken by the respondent police. He further submitted that the petitioner appeared before the respondent police twice and also submitted that now the presence of the petitioner is not required.
