ORDER

The writ petitioner was working as a Conductor in the respondent corporation. An order of punishment for stoppage of increment was passed on 31.01.2011. The writ petitioner filed an appeal before the first respondent on 09.07.2012. Till date, the appeal has not yet been disposed of.

2.The first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 09.07.2012 on or before 31.03.2018 on merits and in accordance with law.
