RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed by the petitioner that the "petitioners jointly shall pay a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs Only) directly to the defacto complainant by way of demand draft within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order" in Crl.OP(MD).4797/2023 dated 15.03.2023. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.UTHAYAKUMAR A, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate(crl.

side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners jointly shall pay a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- directly to the defacto complainant by way of demand draft within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4797 of 2023, dated 15.03.2023.

CRL MP(MD) No.6214 of 2023 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners jointly shall deposit the original title deeds of immovable property worth of Rs.50,00,000/-(Rupees Fifty Lakhs only) with proper valuation certificate from the authority concerned, either belonging to the petitioners, friends or relatives to the credit of Crime No.10 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, instead of the petitioners jointly shall pay a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- directly to the defacto complainant by way of demand draft.
