By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The petitioner is aggrieved on the non payment of subsistence allowance from June 2020 onwards.

3.When the matter was called today, the learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions submitted that the respondent is willing to disburse the subsistence allowance to the petitioner from June 2020 onwards, within a period of two weeks. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to disburse the subsistence allowance payable to the petitioner from June 2020 onwards, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
