This Contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the contemnor for his wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.21299 of 2023 dated 26.09.2023. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the application of the petitioner for granting patta was already rejected on 01.04.2024 and the copy is also furnished to the learned Counsel for the petitioner.
