This petition is filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioners and also for property in S.F.No.827/1 in Plot Nos.45, 65, 66, 86, 87, 88, 89, 90, 91 and 99, situated at Thanthonimalai Village, Karur District, as per the decree passed in O.S.No.659 of 2006 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Karur, dated 20.01,2007 on the basis of the representation dated 26.06.2019.

Crl.OP(MD)No.9467 of 2019 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the second respondent is present in person and would submit that over the representation that was made by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken and notice was issued to the private respondents. But, they were not available in the Village. For that, the certificate given by the Village Administrative Officer, Kallappalli, Krishnarayapuram Taluk, Karur District, was also enclosed. According to the second respondent, the cause of action does not exist. Because private respondents are not living in that Village. So, there is no threat to the petitioners in respect of the property. 3.Recording the submission made by the second respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. If any trouble arises in future, the petitioners may work out their remedy before the concerned Court though appropriate proceedings.
