ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner executed settlement deed in favour of his daughters. The registering authority / third respondent refused registration. Refusal check slip was also issued to that effect. Challenging the same, the petitioner has filed appeal before the second respondent under Section 72 of the Registration Act, 1908. All that the petitioner wants is disposal of the same. 3.The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The rights of the petitioner will abide by the order to be passed by the appellate authority. 2/4
