Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.12265/A1/2014, dated 05.11.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to issue a revised promotional list by including the petitioner for the purpose of promotion of Station Fire Officer by calculating the seniority from the original seniority at the level of Fireman by carrying out necessary amendments to the Service Rules for Tamil Nadu Fire Service Subordinate Services as per G.O.Ms.No.352 dated 14.05.2012 issued by the first respondent.
