This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the Respondents 1 to 4 to grant necessary permission and provide police protection for Arulmigu Sri Kaduvetti Karuppasamy Temple Festival scheduled to be held on 06.04.2023 and 07.04.2023 in their village.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that Section 107 Cr.P.C., proceeding has been initiated against this petitioner and the private respondents.

3. Let the parties shall appear before the concerned authority viz., Thasildar, Thiruvenkandam and on their appearance the said issue will concluded within a period of 15 days. If the parties are aggrieved 2/4

over the outcome, they shall work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No cots.
