ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Tiruchendur, to expedite the trial and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.7 of 2018 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
2.The suit is for permanent injunction restraining the defendants and their men from evicting the plaintiff from the schedule premises otherwise than due process of law. The issue is whether there is tenancy agreement between the petitioners and the respondent and whether the plaintiff is in possession of the property.
3.Considering the fact that the suit is for a limited prayer, this Court is inclined to allow this revision petition with the following direction:
3.1.The learned Principal District Munsif, Tiruchendur, is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.7 of 2018 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
C.R.P.(PD)(MD)No.657 of 2020 4.As a result, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
