ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) Though the detenu, being a minor, is missing for more than an year, the status report filed by the respondent does not indicate any substantial progress. In such view of the matter, we are inclined to transfer the case to the CBCID. Accordingly, the investigation in Crime No.205 of 2017, pending on the file of the respondent police is transferred to the file of the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Ramanathapuram.
