ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition, seeking for a direction to the respondents not to demolish the petitioner property comprised in S.No.272, bearing Old Door No.3/74J and New Door No.3/111, South Sithambur Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District. 2.According to the petitioner, the third respondent, is trying to demolish the property of the petitioner without issuing notice to the petitioner.

3.When the matter came up for hearing, Mr.M.Govindan, learned Special Government Pleader for the third respondent submitted that action will be taken only in accordance with law.

4.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. M.P(MD)No.1 of 2015 is closed.
