ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 379 of IPC in Crime No.96 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner purchased a lorry from the defacto complainant by paying a sum of Rs.5 lakhs. But, he has not produced any document, hence, the earlier anticipatory bail petition was dismissed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.7531 of 2019 on 19.06.2019. He furter submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case, due to money dispute. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner by way of this petition.

3.Per contra, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has submitted that the 1st anticipatory bail petition was dismissed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.7531 of 2019, on 19.06.2019. He further submitted that even now, the petitioner has not produced any document to prove his purchase. 4.Taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner has not produced any document in support of his contention and also the fact that there is no change of circumstance, this Court does not find any merit in this petition.

5.Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
