ORDER: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.RAJARAMAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- There shall be an order of interim stay on condition that the petitioner deposits a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- [Rupees One Lakh and Fifty Thousand only] to the credit of M.C.No.16 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Sivakasi, on or before 13.08.2019.
