ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse the amount of Rs.44,19,881/- (Rupees Forty Four Lakhs Nineteen Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty One) 14th Finance Commission Grant 2019-2020 in work order R.O.C.No.69/2020/A1, dated 29.06.2020, on the basis of the work completion report, dated 15.10.2020.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents produced the written instructions received from the third respondent, wherein it has been mentioned that the amount that was due and payable to the petitioner has already been paid.
