ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to regularize petitioner's service in the 4th respondent college and to grant the consequent benefits both monetary and service by considering his representation dated 21.05.2018, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. At the time of hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that even though a larger relief is sought for in this Writ Petition, it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider and pass orders on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation of the petitioner dated 21.05.2018, for which, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no serious objection.

3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer now sought for in this petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.05.2018, on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
