O R D E R

The present petition is filed seeking for transfer of D.O.P.No.53 of 2020, now pending on the file of the Additional District Judge Court, Padmanabapuram to Principal District Judge Court, Nagercoil. The petitioner was formally the wife of the respondent.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent has entered appearance.

3.The learned counsel on either side made a statement that the parties themselves have arrived at a compromise and filed a compromise memo before this Court. They submitted that the case is now pending before the Additional District Court, Padmanabapuram and it is now lying vacant. The Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil is currently holding full additional charge of Additional District Court, Padmanabapuram.

4.Since the parties have arrived at a compromise among themselves and since the Principal District Judge, Kanayakumari at Nagercoil himself is holding full additional charge of Additional District Court, Padmanabapuram, there is no need to transfer the case. Instead, this Court directs the Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil to receive the compromise memo and dispose of the matter in the manner provided by law.

Tr.C.M.P.(MD) No.191 of 2020 5.The Registry is directed to return the compromise memo filed by the parties.

6.In fine, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
