ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 15.04.2021 and to cancel the sale agreement that was registered as Document No.4422 of 2010.

2. Heard Mr.K.Sankar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Ms.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3. In the considered view of this Court, there is no scope for the respondent to cancel the sale agreement, which was registered in the year 2010. The petitioner is the subsequent purchaser and the agreement, which was registered in the year 2010 cannot be unilaterally cancelled in the year 2021, based on the representation given by the petitioner. The relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
