ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the FIR based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 19.05.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent on 19.05.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken and hence, the petitioner has filed the present Criminal Original Petition. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the enquiry was conducted and both parties have appeared for an enquiry and in the enquiry, the proposed accused has agreed to settle the amount to the petitioner before 31.07.2018 and the petitioner states that he has not proceeded with the complaint and in view of the statement given by the petitioner, the complaint has been closed.

5.Recording the above submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
