ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in paragraph No.6 of the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.4868 of 2026, dated 06.03.2026.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that as per the order of this Court dated 06.03.2026, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 4868 of 2026, the petitioner has complied with the condition and paid a sum of Rs.5,000/- as non refundable to the credit of the Tamil Nadu Police Benevolent Fund. He has also produced the online copy of the receipt before the learned District and Sessions Judge, Special District Court for Communal Clash Cases, Madurai. However, the same has not been accepted by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Special District Court for Communal Clash Cases, Madurai.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police accepted that the petitioner has complied with the condition. He has also perused the online copy of the receipt produced by the petitioner.

4.Considering the submission made on either sides, this Court directs the learned District and Sessions Judge, Special District Court for Communal Clash Cases, Madurai, to accept the sureties without insisting the original receipt from the petitioner.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
