O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the third respondent, which is purely civil in nature.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that it is true that the complaint has been received by the second respondent police and the enquiry is now pending. If the petitioner cooperates with the enquiry, the same will be considered in accordance with law, within the time limit to be fixed by this Court. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the complaint lodged by the third respondent is purely civil in nature and the petitioner will make all his submissions and appear before the second respondent police on 02.07.2018, by producing necessary documents.

4.Recording the above said submission made by both parties, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the second respondent police on 02.07.2018 for enquiry and the second respondent shall complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks thereafter.
