PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 05.01.2022, for the purpose of considering the payment of due rentals at Rs.11,20,000 from 01.04.2017 to 31.12.2021 for the usage of the rest house in S.No.215/4B of Tirukoshtiyur Village, Sivagangai District. ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that the respondents are not paying the rent to the petitioner temple for occupying the guest house of the temple for running a Primary Health Centre.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the building was utilised for running the primary health centre and rent was paid to the temple for the period from 01.10.2016 to 31.03.2017 at Rs.20,000/- per month. If the petitioner is having any grievance, he has to work out his remedy before the civil Court.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
