In this writ petition the petitioner is seeking for issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to grant education loan to the petitioner's son namely Rohid @ Arunachalam for studying B.D.S. Course based on the application dated 7.11.2014 and subsequent representation dated 12.11.2014 within a time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner is a daily wages workman and he is unable to give security of immovable property since he sought educational loan for his son for Rs.9 lakhs. He is now restricting his claim only for Rs.4 lakhs which does not require guarantee and the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has paid first term fees Rs.1,50,000/- for his sonr.
4. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that if the petitioner makes a statement that he is restricting the loan amount to Rs.4 lakhs and also would state that he would repay the amount, the respondent will pass appropriate orders.

5. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed with the direction to the respondent to consider the application of the son of the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
6. It is made clear that the respondent will take into consideration pitiable condition of the petitioner and try to give him all kinds of beneficials which are available to them.
