This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members unnecessarily against law under the guise of enquiry.

2.According to the petitioner, she has been harassed at the hands of the first respondent police. Hence, she filed the present Criminal Original Petition for the relief stated supra. 3.According to the learned Public Prosecutor, the petitioner's son made a complaint and the same is pending before the first respondent police and therefore, the allegations of the petitioner are not true. Further, it is submitted that the first respondent police will complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent police to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
