This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file a charge sheet in Crime No.43 of 2018 by incorporating penalty of Rs.1,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore only).

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the crime was registered in the year 2018, so far no investigation has been conducted by the respondent police. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

4. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.43 of 2018 and file a final report within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
