The petitioner is an occupant of a property comprised in Sy.No.3074 situated at Andikotrai malai, Paichiparai, Kanyakumari District. Now, the survey is undertaken by the respondents. Now, the grievance of the petitioner is that in a committee constituted for surveying the lands, two of the committee members namely 5th and 6th respondents are misguiding the survey officials. Therefore, he seeks a direction to the official respondents to conduct survey on the basis of the official records available with Forest Department. 2.On notice, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that they are strictly following the records for surveying the lands.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed. However, the respondents shall follow the official records for surveying the land. No costs.
