O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the third respondent to pass final orders on the proposal submitted by the second respondent seeking for promotion of the petitioner as Higher Secondary School Headmistress in the fourth respondent's School within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. A counter affidavit has been filed by the official respondents.

3. Admittedly, the proposal submitted by the second respondent seeking approval for the promotion of the petitioner as Higher Secondary School Headmistress in the fourth respondent's School is yet to be considered. 2/5

4. No prejudice would be caused to the official respondents, if the proposal submitted by the second respondent seeking for approval of the petitioner for promotion of the Higher Secondary School Headmistress in the fourth respondent's School is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the third respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the proposal sent by the second respondent dated 13.03.2020 seeking for approval of the petitioner's promotion as Higher Secondary School Headmistress in the fourth respondent's School, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
