ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of transfer. Vide impugned order of transfer several persons including the petitioner have been transferred.

2.When the matter has been taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second 1/3

respondent states that in the earlier occasion, similarly placed persons filed writ petitions in W.P(MD)Nos.5756, 5757, 5759, 5762 and 5764 of 2020 before this Court, challenging the very same impugned order of transfer and this Court while entertaining the writ petitions, has granted an order of interim stay on 19.03.2020. In pursuance of the interim order, the impugned order of transfer was proposed to be withdrawn and the petitioners in the writ petitions were accommodated in their respective places, where they were originally appointed. In view of the subsequent developments, the writ petitions came be disposed of on 10.11.2021, as no further order is necessary.

3.It is submitted that the very same impugned order has been challenged in W.P(MD)Nos.5756, 5757, 5759, 5762 and 5764 of 2020, dated 10.11.2021 and the respondents also decided to withdraw the same. In view of the stand taken by the respondents and also in view of the order passed in W.P(MD)Nos.5756, 5757, 5759, 5762 and 5764 of 2020, dated 10.11.2021, this writ petition is disposed of, as no further order is necessary to be passed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
