This petition is filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.227 of 2019, on the file of the first respondent herein. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the victim girl married the petitioner on her own will and she has also given a statement to that effect. Based upon the statement given by her, further action was dropped and the further action dropped report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Usilampatty, on 18.07.2021.
