The petition has been filed for a direction to direct the Judicial Magistrate, No.IV, Madurai to dispose of the case in C.C.No.322 of 2013 pending trial.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.It is seen that the occurrence in this case was of the year 2012 and final report has been filed in C.C.No.322 of 2013 before the Judicial Magistrate, No.IV, Madurai.
4. In view of the above, the trial Court is directed to expeditiously complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
