This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to complete the investigation in Crime No.522 of 2016, dated 09.09.2016 and to file final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that charge sheet has been filed and not taken on file. He further submitted that the said report will be filed before the concerned Court, within 15 days. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner request this Court that he can appear before the concerned court to make his objections for the said report.
