ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent NO.2 to file a final report in Crime No.255/2014 dated 16.11.2014 on the file of the respondent No.2 under Section. 147, 448, 420, 120(b), 468 IPC r/w Section 3 of TNPPDL Act within the time period stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents Police has submitted that if six months time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the respondent Police before the concerned Court. 4. In view of the above, this criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Police to complete

the investigation and to file the final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
