O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the second respondent to register a case, based on his complaint, dated 24.02.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the complaint, dated 24.02.2016, has been lodged by a Trade Union alleging that the General Manager and the Managing Director of Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation have https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appointed persons, who have been declared medically unfit, as drivers and conductors. However, the petitioner has not even given the details of the persons so appointed.

4. In the considered opinion of this Court, it is not open to the petitioner to make wild and unsubstantiated allegations and hence no positive direction can be given to the respondent Police to register a case. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
