This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP.(MD). No.3347 of 2026 dated 18.02.2026.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and in this case trial has been commenced, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
