This criminal original petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.49 of 2015 from the file of the third respondent police to the file of the second respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the investigation in Crime No.49 of 2015 has been completed and final report has also been filed and trial is pending before the Mahila Court, Nagercoil, in S.C.No.31 of 2017.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is closed, as no further order is required to be passed.
