ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No.5 of 2019, registered on the file of the District Crime Branch, Virudhunagar, seek anticipatory bail. 2.It is seen that the second petitioner namely., Velvadivu is not an accused. Therefore, this criminal original petition is closed as far as the second petitioner is concerned. 3.The son of the petitioner had already filed a petition for anticipatory bail and an undertaking was given that the first petitioner herein namely, Mariappan would surrender. CRL OP(MD). No.9546 of 2019 counsel, who filed the present petition only appeared for the son also in the other petition. This Court taking note of the undertaking that the first petitioner would surrender gave anticipatory bail to his son. Therefore this petition is dismissed as far as the first petitioner is concerned. Accordingly, the second petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or his appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar. on condition that the second petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.
10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the second petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for the interrogation. 4.The second petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
