ORDER

In all these cases, the petitioners have sought for a direction to the fourth respondent to regularize their services and declare the petitioners to have complete the period of probation in the post of Junior Assistant on 06.09.2014, on par with the similarly placed persons within time stipulated by this Court. Before filing all the Writ Petitions, representations had been given by each of the petitioner on 24.12.2014 and 22.09.2015 to the fourth respondent, seeking the aforesaid relief.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that though the petitioners have sought for larger relief, the petitioners would be satisfied if their aforesaid representations are expeditiously disposed by the concerned authority of the Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation, Madurai. Hence, without expressing any view on the correctness or entitlement of the claim made, the competent authority of the Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation is directed to dispassionately consider the representations of the petitioners dated 24.12.2014 and 22.09.2015, and pass reasoned orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the persons concerned, and communicate such decision to the petitioners and file a report of such compliance before the Registrar (Judicial), Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai on or before 31.12.2017.
