ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to withdraw and transfer the investigation of case in FIR No.55/2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Traffic investigation (North) Wing, Trichy District to the IIIrd respondent or any other investigating agency other than the IInd respondent under the supervision of the 1st respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation in Crime No.55 of 2014 was completed and final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, No.I, Trichy, which was taken on file as C.C.No.52 of 2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Much water has flown under the bridge thereafter and now

this application has been filed for transfer of investigation alleging that there is a foul play in the death of the petitioners' son. Under such circumstances, no merit in the petition.
