Heard both sides.
2. The petitioner seeks mutation of patta. Representation has also been given in this regard.
3. The fourth respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The fourth respondent will put on notice all the interested parties before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the fourth respondent to pass order one way or the other. 2/4
4. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
