Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.05.2014 in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.647 of 2012 dated 15.11.2012.

ORDER

This is the second round of litigation for the purpose of grant of patta to the petitioner. By an earlier order made in W.P.(MD).No.647 of 2012 dated 15.11.2012, this Court directed the respondents therein to consider the representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law after affording due opportunity to the parties concerned. Accordingly, the second respondent issued a notice dated 18.03.2013 directing the petitioner to appear for an enquiry along with necessary documents. But, according to the learned Govt.Advocate , since the petitioner did not produce such documents, his grievance could not be considered.

2. On the other hand, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that though all the documents were already produced for the consideration of the respondents, still the respondents have not considered the claim of the petitioner. Further, even now, he is ready to produce the documents as required by the respondents.

3. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to produce relevant documents as required by the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such production of the documents, the the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders, by considering the documents to be produced by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks, thereafter.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
