This petition has been filed to direct the respondent No.2 to take appropriate action on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 12.03.2022.
2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondent police on 12.03.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.
3. In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the petitioner and counter party if any and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
