Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VENKATESH.C, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.SAKTHI KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner to modify the condition imposed on him by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.3699 of 2024, dated 08.03.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent police has intimidated him and directed him to come along with co-accused and therefore, the petitioner has approached this Court for modification.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has not complied with the condition after 27.03.2024 and therefore, the respondent police has moved an application for cancellation of bail before the Judicial Magistrate, Senkottai in Cr.M.P.No.1027 of 2024 on 04.04.2024. Knowing the facts, the petitioner has moved this application.

4. The respondent police have filed an application for cancellation of bail and in that application, notice was ordered on 04.04.2024. On knowing that application, the petitioner has approached this Court for modification.
