Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SUBASH CHANDRA BOSE.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner to relax the condition imposed on him by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.2248 of 2024, by order dated 28.02.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition for a period of 42 days. 3.Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 2248 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required.
