ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the husband of the detenu, seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1and 2 to produce the person or body of detenu namely Rajeswari, W/o.Pandi, aged about 39 years, the detenu herein and hand over her before this Court .

https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 10.11.2017, the detenu was produced before this Court by the respondent police.

When we enquired the detenu, she has stated that since she was having some financial problem, on her own accord, she went to Mumbai and presently working there. Further, she had stated that she wants six months time to join her husband/petitioner herein. We also enquired the petitioner and he has stated that he is taking care of the children. Hence, we have referred the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Since the Mediation failed, the case has been listed today.

3. In view of the above, since the medication failed, in our considered view, nothing survives for adjudication in the Habeas Corpus Petition. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS-III) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar To
